I was shopping today and found something fun. Who wants to join me in playing frisbee? [She holds up a blue disc and her not-so-little puppy barks excitedly. She giggles in response.] Other than Tumbles I mean.

Oh! And for anyone who doesn't know, my brother, Lelouch is back! [Which, yes, accounts for some of this cheerfulness.]

[She doesn't mind the wait. After all, others have stopped by and she has Tumbles who is now eagerly approaching his new Eagle-shaped friend.]

Hi! I hope you're ready. I've been practicing. [Teasing a little.]

[Eagle pauses then to kneel and give the little creature a quick pet. It seemed friendly enough and eager to make friends. ]


I am at such a disadvantage… [Smiles up at Euphie. ] You will have to show me how a disk like that is meant to be thrown.

[She smiles brightly back at him while Tumbles enjoys the attention.] I can do that. Although it might be a lot of just watching me. I'm not sure how to describe it.

[ Then he takes up a safe position in which to watch this throwing technique without being in the line of fire. ]

That is fine of course. I would like to watch how you throw a toy like that.

[She'll just demonstrate with the puppy then.] Ready, Tumbles? [He perks up and gets ready, his eyes on her hand and the disc which she releases. He chases after it and jumps up almost catching it. It bounces off his teeth and he goes to pounce on it instead.]

But, that looks easy enough to do. The shape of the disk gives it the aerodynamic lift it needs to fly…

[Added with a teasing smile at Tumbles. ]

… And then the he tries to catch it.

[She giggles.] Well, he doesn't have to be. It's just one way to do it. We could just throw to each other too.

[Tumbles races back with the disc in his mouth, bringing it to Euphie until she motions him over to Eagle.] Would you like to try? [Just a little dog slobber!]

[Ok well… ignoring the dog slobber…
He does take the disk, mimicking Euphie’s earlier actions and tosses it lightly towards her. He is a quick study, but even so it lands a little short since he wasn’t sure how much force to put behind the action. ]

It didn’t quite make it!

[Tumbles still runs for it and almost grabbed it before it hit the ground! Almost... He is 0 for 2, but he runs it back to Eagle.] It was good first throw. I think Tumbles wants you to try again.

[Gives the dog a quick pat before taking the Frisbee from him and once again trying to launch a perfect throw to Euphie. This time is flies farther… it might make it…]

[Euphie steps forward a little, but she catches it!] There you go! [She tosses it right back to him. It goes a little high.]

[It is an easy jump to catch a Frisbee that goes a little too high, the return pass though maybe a little low and outside due to the landing though. ]

That was a bad toss. I’m sorry.

[She dashes over to get the frisbee as it comes back to her. It hits the ground before she picks it up.] That's all right! [She tosses it back.] How is the candy business?

[Hm? Asking about the business. He answers with something almost like disinterest… after catching the Frisbee which for a moment ends up caught in a gust of wind. ]

It has been doing well enough. Business has actually grown quite a bit since it first started.

[And the toss back. FINALLY! A perfect throw! ]
