It wasn't until she saw passed a small ramen stand that something inside clicked into place. Her eyes falling into a more vacant expression and a smile slowly spreading across her lips.

ATTENTION, JAPANESE PEOPLE OF THE CITY!

There are many of you here and it would be very helpful if you would gather in one place so I can kill you more efficiently. Maybe at the fountain? I'm also going to need a weapon and if anyone else would like to help it would be very appreciated!

Billy, Tommy, Teddy, I'm sure you could kill lots of them! Don't hold back!

(OOC: Cursed with When I was dumb, which is taking her back to the time when she was geassed—mind controlled more or less—to "Kill all the Japanese." She doesn't have any powers or weapon at the moment, but she will do anything in her power to kill anyone she considers Japanese if she encounters them. I may do some tagging with prettyfatal.

Edit: Ken is taking her out, so action is still open before that thread, but it can't end in her being caught/visibly hurt/etc. so if that wouldn't make sense then video please!)
