(OOC: Cursed with When I was dumb, which is taking her back to the time when she was geassed—mind controlled more or less—to "Kill all the Japanese." She doesn't have any powers or weapon at the moment, but she will do anything in her power to kill anyone she considers Japanese if she encounters them. I may do some tagging with

We might be able to speed this up if you take the left side of the City and I handle the right side. We can drive all of the Japanese out of hiding.
