I think the compulsion to show it off is maybe stranger than it being there at all. [A little somber because the only question in her mind is whether it stands for massacre or murder.]

A few people I had become friends with have gone recently. I hope I can see them again someday. I am happy to say a friend from my world is here now. Be kind to him, City.

Yeah, it hasn't been so bad! Arrived at a pretty crazy time, but I guess that was a fitting introduction to the place. Least it doesn't get boring.

Always would've thought I was too old for all that, but it's growin' on me. As long as I get to relax in a nice, hot bath afterward.
