Actually, I seem to be cursed with applying ratings to people I see and speak with, but it's not such a bad day.

[Smiles with just a hint of teasing] I don't normally tell strangers they are handsome.

Perhaps that is why I had to come and formally introduce myself, that way we are no longer strangers.

[If he were the type to flip his hair he would, but because he's not he won't no matter how flippable his hair looks.]

How long have you been here, Caspian?

[Only if her eye sparkles too. He has to think about this question even though the answer is one he already knows.]

Almost two years this November. And yourself?

[They just might. She might just have a musical number with animated animals one of these days too.] It's been just over ten months for me. I'm surprised we haven't met before now.

[A shame he doesn't have his headstrong obligatory faithful steed with him, Destrier's at the stables today.]</small. It is a big city, but I think it's better to meet late than never.

I very much agree. [Curious] May I ask what your world is like? Are there others from there here?

My world? Narnia? Well, it is not much like this one or many others I have heard of like Earth. In Narnia we travel by foot or by horseback and there are green fields and tall mountains, cool rivers and a clear sea.

[He seems quite proud talking about Narnia. Oh but don't forget...]

And there are centaurs, dwarfs, gryphons, unicorns, and Talking Beasts. None of them are here though, but the Kings and Queens of Old are.

It sounds beautiful and wondrous like something you might find in a fairy tale where I'm from.

The Kings and Queens of old? There certainly is a lot of royalty here.

I have heard that too. To me worlds like Earth with hundreds of cities and metal birds [Airplanes, sob.] are like a fairytale. I'd like to see Earth sometime.

[As for the Pevensies...] Yes, my good friends the Pevensies; Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy.

What is your world like?

Well, it is an Earth, but it isn't exactly like some of the other Earths I've heard of. Britannia is one of the largest empires and it has been gaining new areas through war. Knights fight in large suits of armor with weapons. Some can even fly now. We have airships and communication systems similar to the ones we are given here.

[Not as proud of her world.]

My favorite place was the gardens. They were always lovely.

I don't think I've met them yet.

Britannia... [Arthur and Merlin? No that's Albion.] Suits of armor... [He thinks on this some more. Oh wait.]

Gino? Gino's world?

Gino? [If only she lived to season two. Yet, she might recognize his full name as he was a knight of rounds.] Did someone else here talk about Britannia? Do you remember anything else about him?

[Caspian here never got farther than Gino, from Britannia, uses a big suit of armor, kind of silly.]

Yes Gino. He was a bit silly. [See.] He isn't here anymore but I remember a Britannia. The Pevensies call it England. [If only Caspian knew what Arizona was.]

Well, there are many people from my world. Maybe I never had the chance to know him, but if he was a knight maybe Suzaku would recognize his name.

We have an England where I'm from too, but it is across an ocean from Britannia.

[Listening to this he sort of looks dumbfounded but also wide eyed and as always, curious.]

Would that be like Albion?

Albion? Like with King Arthur? Most people say Britannia is where the United States of America is located in their worlds. I'm not sure if that helps.

Yes, that's right. Like Arthur and Merlin, two friends of ours who were once here before too, actually.

[Now this is more confounding and curious.]

You mean like where New York, Texas, and California are? I have never been to or seen those places either but I know of them from friends.

Yes, I think so. [She's sure she has heard New York mentioned before.]

You actually met King Arthur and Merlin? So many things in my world are named after their adventures. My knight's knightmare frame was called Lancelot.

I did, and Lancelot too. It's a good name to have.

[Then slightly wistful.] Sometimes I wish they would come back, but I believe they are better at home where they're needed. Or, at least, better together than separated.

[Smiles] There are people I'd like to see returned too, though I'm sure they are better off where they are. Maybe they'll visit on one of those days when the city is flooded with people?

That's a good wish, to say hello and see our friends in good health. I imagine they would appreciate the same courtesy which means you, Euphie, must keep yourself in good health too.

[Double standards here, since as a Knight of Narnia getting hurt in battle is a given.]

[Smiles at him.] I seem to have many protectors here. I don't think that will be a problem. [And she is aware of not wanting to worry them by putting herself in undo danger.]
