[Euphie has the communicator in her hand, ready to relay a message to everyone when a tall, older puts his arms around her, dips her back deeply and kisses her. Her arm hangs outstretched, catching the whole thing, plus a sprig of mistletoe that was above them, on video. A moment later, they are both upright again, and he's making rushed apologies before leaving.]

I...

Uh... [What was she going to say?] I'll have to call you back, City. [She blushingly turns the device off and continues on her way.]

[She doesn't usually push for the nickname unless she is closer to someone. She wants people to be comfortable, but she smiles at the way he says it.]

I'm sorry to hear that. Did they not have computers or did they not have the information you needed?

They had computers, just not what I needed. [Almost feels bad lying to her, but he isn't ready to explain all of that, not yet. He might look a little sad for a moment, but it fades quickly to his more normal look, which isn't a whole lot happier.]

I'm not sure there is an actual "away from mistletoe" today. It appears inside of buildings too. We can do it another day if you prefer.
