I wish I could say he's alright, but I don't know when that's from.

No, I'm no knight. But I have worn armor, so I have a bit of an eye for it.

I would think it would be very uncomfortable, but he does seem to wear it a lot. If it keeps him safe then that's a good thing.

He has the muscle strength to support it, and he can still move well in it. I'd say it does its job.
